The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 is set to take place on November 24, 2024, in three sessions across the cities nationwide .Students aiming for admission to Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) must submit their CAT 2024 registration forms by September 13, 2024.

There is no change in the CAT exam,but the application fee has been increased by Rs 100 for general category candidates and Rs 50 for reserved category candidates.

Steps by step form filling process of application
- Candidate must Visit CAT 2024 official website which is iimcat.ac.in
- First of all Go to the home page and click on the link that displays “New Candidate Registration”
- When a new page opens you would be required to enter the basic details such as your name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, etc.
- Once you Successfully create an account, An OTP will be generated and sent to your registered email Id and mobile number. Enter that OTP for the purpose of verification.
- Once you Register yourself, You may login using the CAT 2024 credentials and fill out the details such as communication address, academic details, work experience, exam center etc.
- After completed your CAT 2024 application form,confirm your registration by printing out your completed application form
Educational Qualification
- To Apply for the CAT 2024 exams candidates must have completed their Bachelor’s program.
- Candidates pursuing final year are also eligible to apply for the CAT 2024 exam.
- Candidates belonging to the General category must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying degree exams and those in the SC/ST and PWD categories must have secured a minimum of 45% in their qualifying exam.
