Admission Process for Bharati Vidyapeeth University Admission 2026

Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune admission to PG courses is done through an entrance exam conducted by the university itself, known as PG CET. MBA admissions are done on the basis of merit in the B-MAT entrance exam. The final step is the payment of the Bharati Vidyapeeth admission fee.

The Bharati Vidyapeeth admission process generally begins in May or June each year and concludes by July, although these dates can vary.

Step 1 — Choose Your Programme and Entrance Exam Identify the programme and the corresponding entrance exam — JEE Main / MHT-CET / BVP CET for B.Tech; NEET UG for medical; CLAT or BVP CET for law; B-MAT / CAT for MBA; BUMAT for BBA/BCA; NATA for B.Arch. Register and appear in the relevant exam.

Step 2 — Register on the Official BVP Portal Visit the official admissions portal at bvuniversity.edu.in. Register with your name, email, mobile number, and programme of choice. For BVP CET, pay the CET application fee online.

Step 3 — Apply for BVP CET (if applicable) Candidates must register before June 5, 2026, with the BVP CET exam scheduled on June 13 and results out by June 19, 2026. BVP CET is a 3-hour MCQ exam testing Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry with no negative marking — more forgiving than JEE Main

Step 4 — Submit Application Form Fill the online admission form for your chosen programme and constituent college. Upload required documents including Class X and XII marksheets, entrance exam scorecard, category certificate (if applicable), and photograph.

Step 5 — Document Verification Documents are verified online or at the respective constituent college. Ensure all uploaded documents are clear, legible, and match the details in your application.

Step 6 — Merit List / Allotment Based on your entrance exam score and choice of programme, BVP releases merit lists and seat allotment notices. For MHT-CET and NEET-based admissions, Maharashtra state centralised counselling (CAP rounds) is followed. For BVP CET-based admissions, the university conducts its own allotment rounds.

Step 7 — Group Discussion and Personal Interview (Specific Courses) MBA and MSW admissions include a GD and PI round after the written test. Performance in GD-PI contributes to the final merit ranking.

Step 8 — Pay the Admission Fee After receiving allotment, pay the programme fee within the stipulated deadline to confirm the seat. For NRI quota seats, a separate higher fee applies.

Step 9 — Physical Reporting at the Constituent College Report to the allotted college with original documents and photocopies on the specified date to complete enrolment formalities.
